Batch's Grilled Beef Kabobs
1 package beef steak tips
1 package grape tomatoes
1 or 2 heads broccoli crowns
2 red peppers
1 zucchini
1 large onion
6 meat skewers
1 bottle Batch's Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Cut steak tips to desired size, I cut them in half depending on size. Slice vegetables into desired size. I cut them to about 1/4" slices. Slide each onto skewers in desired order trying to fit at least 3 tips separated by veggies on each. Baste with Batch's Maple Bourbon Barbeque Sauce. Place on grill and cook until meat is at temp 160 degrees.

Soak beans overnight.

BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters on the Pit
(or in the oven, we don't judge)
-
1 Bag Chicken Leg Quarters
-
2 Bottles of Your Favorite Batch's BBQ Sauce
-
Olive Oil Spray
Fire up pit so it is warming up. Or pre-heat oven to 375°
If cooking in oven, spray baking sheet with olive oil.
Par boil chicken leg quarters for 20 minutes.
Oven:
When done, place on baking dish and baste with Batch's BBQ Sauce. Cook in oven approximately 45 minutes basting as desired. Internal temp of chicken should be 165° at min.
BBQ Pit:
Layer par boiled chicken onto pit grate and baste with Batch's BBQ Sauce. Baste at will while chicken is cooking. Pit cooking takes time. Typically, we let it cook for at least an hour after being par-boiled. Your cook time will depend on your pit. Cook chicken until internal temp reaches at least 165°.
Enjoy!
